What are your delivery times?

Our products are shipped within 48/72 hours, and delivery times are between 10 and 15 business days.

 

How can I contact you?

We invite you to use the "contact us" page or directly email us at: contact@aéo.fr. We commit to responding to you within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Can I contact you by phone?

Unfortunately, to provide fast and efficient service while maintaining the best prices, we cannot currently answer the phone. This is because processing an email takes us on average only a few seconds, while a call lasts at least a few minutes. We want to emphasize that we respond to ALL emails regardless of the request. If you have any doubts, test us; we will be happy to communicate with you!

Can I trust you?

Yes, as proof, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal; these global leaders would never allow us to continue our store if we had a significant rate of dissatisfied customers.

Where are your products stored?

We store and ship our products from our warehouses in France and China.

How do I know if my order has been delivered or not?

You can use the "track my order" page on our site, and the status will be highlighted when you enter your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world; shipping fees will apply depending on the region.

My item has not arrived yet, is this normal?

The standard delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. If it has been less than 8 business days, please be patient, your item is in transit.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

Yes, you have 12 hours from the moment your order was paid. Simply send us an email. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, if your item is broken, record a video or take photos and send them to us. Your item will be 100% refunded within 7 days of delivery.

I am not satisfied with my order, what can I do?

Simply contact us and we will explain the procedure. Please contact us to get the address to which to return the products, as mentioned previously. Only return requests approved by email will be accepted. You have 7 days from the receipt of the goods to contact us. If your request is accepted, all you will have to do is send us the item and we will refund you. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

The package is being returned to the sender, what should I do?

Your post office is responsible for delivering the package once it arrives in your country. If they were unable to deliver it to your home, they will leave a delivery notice. We advise you to track the package with the provided tracking number and pick it up if necessary. Please note that if the delivery failed because you entered an incorrect address, we will not be able to refund you.
